Aquapure Product Warranty Policy
1. Introduction
At Aquapure, we are committed to providing high-quality products. This Warranty Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Aquapure provides warranty coverage for its products sold through our Shopify online shop. By purchasing and using an Aquapure product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this policy.
2. Warranty Period
Aquapure products are covered by a limited warranty for a period of one year from the original date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
3. What This Warranty Covers
This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. If a product defect arises and a valid claim is received by Aquapure within the Warranty Period, Aquapure will, at its option, either:
a. Repair and replace the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
b. Exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product.
4. What This Warranty Does NOT Cover
This limited warranty does not cover:
a. Damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, or other external causes.
b. Damage caused by wrong operation.
c. A product or part that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of Aquapure.
5. How to Make a Warranty Claim
To make a warranty claim, you must:
a. Contact Aquapure customer service at info@aquaureozone.com within the warranty period.
b. Provide proof of original purchase
c. Describe the defect in detail and provide any relevant photos or videos.
d. Follow Aquapure's instructions for checking the defective product .
6. Limitation of Liability
Except as provided in this warranty and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Aquapure is not responsible for direct, special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, including but not limited to loss of use; loss of revenue; loss of actual or anticipated profits (including loss of profits on contracts); loss of the use of money; loss of anticipated savings; loss of business; loss of opportunity; loss of goodwill; loss of reputation; loss of, damage to, compromise or corruption of data; or any indirect or consequential loss or damage howsoever caused including the replacement of equipment and property, any costs of recovering, programming or reproducing any program or data stored in or used with the Aquapure product, and any failure to maintain the confidentiality of data stored on the product.
7. Governing Law
This Warranty Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region,without regard to its conflict of law principles.
8. Changes to This Policy
Aquapure reserves the right to modify this Warranty Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of Aquapure products after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Warranty Policy.
