Shipping and Delivery Terms
Ownership, Terms, and Risk
We will dispatch the order within one to two business days, EXCEPT your pre-order(s). Please make sure your address, zip code, city, telephone, contact name are correct, as once the parcel is on its way, we cannot redirect it. It is your responsibility to check and verify.
Order Processing
All orders are subject to a processing period before dispatch. This typically takes 1-2 business days from the date your order is placed. Please note that this processing time is separate from the estimated shipping time.
Shipping Origin
All orders will be shipped from Shenzhen, China.
Shipping Restrictions
Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
Customs Declaration for Medical Ozone Generators
To avoid potential customs problems, all medical ozone generators will be declared as water purifiers for customs purposes.
International Shipping, Customs, and Duties
For all international orders, the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. Aquapure does not cover these charges. Furthermore, Aquapure is not responsible for customs clearance procedures; it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure all necessary customs requirements are met for successful delivery.
Estimated Delivery Times and Potential Delays
The shipping time provided does not include the 1-2 day processing period required to prepare your order for dispatch. While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delivery can take longer than the expected date due to various reasons, including but not limited to: an invalid or incomplete address provided by the customer, delays caused by customs clearance procedures in the destination country, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Responsibility for Failure to Clear Customs in a Timely Manner
If the buyer fails to clear customs in a timely manner, resulting in the return or destruction of the goods, Aquapure will not be responsible for re-shipment or refund. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that all customs clearance procedures are completed in a timely manner.
Check Your Order and Shipment
You can track your order after an email confirmation has been sent to you. You can easily check the order via the online tracking page.
Normally if the orders have been shipped out (you have received the tracking number or your order status is completed), your orders cannot be canceled as Aquapure is not able to get the cargo back from express.
