The infrared heating system warms up in about five minutes. You can set the temperature and timer using the small digital controller attached to the tent. 1) Unfasten the portable sauna straps
2) Open and unfold both sides of the tent
3) Insert the two support rods and the heating mat

5) Connect the silicone tube from the generator to the tent inlet

For ozone sauna: position a small fan to gently blow toward your face for comfort during the 30-minute session.
